A growing number of initiatives at the intersection of science, education and art, considers the notion of caring central to the reconstruction of social relations and human-non-human relations necessary in the face of an impending catastrophe. Posthumanist manifestos also extend demands to the non-human part of the ecosystem, forgetting that discourse does not have an impact once it crosses the boundary of the anthroposocial “board.” Donna Haraway, dismantling the etymology of the word care (concern), discovers in it, in addition to an antidote (cure), also the name of a certain potent poison.
