Description
Catabasis focuses on the narrative of the search for connections between the author’s subjectivity, consciousness and ancestral ties. Family and the relationships found become an excuse to start the mythologized formula of the parable, morphing between intimate stories and social perspective of the city’s functioning. Social awareness. Catabasis is not a literal “descent to the underworld”, it is the “acquisition and permanent fusion of two worlds” – the intimate and the social one, the past and the present one.
