OPIS
Wystawa malarstwa Anny Błądek, absolwentki Wydziału Konserwacji i Restauracji Dzieł Sztuki krakowskiej ASP (dyplom 2024) podejmuje dyskurs ze słowami Witkacego „Chwilami myślę, że śnię”, dając widzowi dostęp do autorefleksji artystki wykreowanej wokół serii jej autoportretów. Obrazy te są równocześnie dogłębną analizą jej cielesności w kontekście „przebudzenia” w sensie dosłownym jak i metafizycznym, przebudzenia tęsknoty do relacji z drugim człowiekiem, analiza własnej samotności, przechodzenia od fizyczności do aspektów duchowych.
The exhibition of paintings by Anna Błądek, a graduate of the Faculty of Conservation and Restoration of Works of Art at the Academy of Fine Arts in Krakow (diploma 2024), engages in a discourse with Witkacy’s words “At times I think I am dreaming,” giving the viewer access to the artist’s self-reflection created around a series of her self-portraits.The paintings are at the same time an in-depth analysis of her physicality in the context of “awakening” in the literal as well as metaphysical sense, an awakening of her longing for a relationship with another human being, an analysis of her own loneliness, a transition from physicality to spiritual aspects.

Zofia Weiss Gallery działająca w ramach Fundacji Muzeum Wojciecha Weissa ściśle współpracuje z ASP w Krakowie. Kieruje swoją uwagę na artystów najmłodszego pokolenia tej uczelni, obejmując ich mecenatem i dając wsparcie kuratorskie. Dużą wagę przywiązuje do dialogu pomiędzy sztuką i kulturą czasów dzisiejszych i dawnych. Prowadzi również dyskurs z niepokojącymi zjawiskami współczesności. Dysponując dużą przestrzenią organizuje wystawy indywidualne i zbiorowe, doroczne Zimowe Salony Młodych z Akademii, uczestniczy w wielu projektach kulturalnych.
Zofia Weiss Gallery, which operates as part of the Wojciech Weiss Museum Foundation, works closely with the Academy of Fine Arts in Krakow. It directs its attention to artists of the youngest generation of this academy, covering them with patronage and giving curatorial support. It attaches great importance to the dialogue between the art and culture of today and the past. It also conducts a discourse with the disturbing phenomena of modern times. With a large space at its disposal, it organizes solo and group exhibitions, the annual Winter Salons of the Young from the Academy, and participates in many cultural projects.
